Unassign Custom Profile

This feature allows the operator to delete individual devices from customized profile by uploading CSV file which includes the device identifier records the operator wants to remove.

 

  1. Go to CONFIG > Profile

     

  2. Click the name of the profile

     

  3. ClickDelete Custom Profile button



     

  4. Click Choose File and upload a CSV file which includes the record of the device identifier which you want to remove from custom profile

     

  5. Then Click Save to register information, or Cancel to cancel this registration.
